What time Zone is the forums and the game running on? What time zone is the time stamp on?

Tiyamel✭✭✭erm, local time? when i read forums everything is time stamped to my local timezone, same as in gameGuild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.
