Im trying to resolve an issue as our GM has been away over 2 years I talk to him hes not comming back. so I am going through the process of trying to recover the guild because I was asked too. hes ok with it, he thought he passed it befor he left but hes not redownloading as he no longer has a PS4 just the messaging on his phone.

The email never arrives, yes ive checked i have emails from elswyr l;aunch, incident report, crown store items emails but not one tied to this (its also not a new device may I add)
I have messaged you guys in game through support several times about it too over the past year and a half. They want me to do it on computer through support, but then, I am unable to move forward as it wants a verification that never arrives.
Ive come to the forum as nothing else seems to work.
