Unable to create guild (overthrown)

Hello!

I'm a returning player, former guild leader, who was overthrown due to inactivity. In that process, I suspect my account is still tagged as a guild leader, thus preventing me from creating a guild. However, I'm in zero guilds and should be able to create a guild (else, please notify me of a ban policy).

I utilized customer service via trouble ticket and was told to submit this bug report.

-deleted all saved data on console + cloud
-hard reset xbox for 15 minutes

As requested, my previous guilds are as follows:
Legendary Legacy (I created this one)
Rico's Roughnecks
Elder Council
...trading guilds

Please help me create a guild (or gain back my created one). Thanks for all the improvements which have drawn me back!

    Something you could try is have someone else (a friend) create a guild. They invite you. Then they leave the guild. You will be the only one left. Perhaps you become leader by default. At that point start inviting. It's not the fix you're looking for, but it might work.

    Support telling you to raise a bug report is likely an automated response.
    This should be a support case (whilst also maybe being a bug for zos to be aware of)

    I would recommend contacting support again saying that you have added a bug to the forums but would also like them to actually fix your account.

    Thanks. I spoke with support twice for about 20 minutes, so I bet it was more than AI--once for this and the same person for a refund request.

    The issue was not resolved, however, there is a workaround: Friend created a guild for me and promoted me to Guildmaster.

    I'm not sure if I'll be able to leave and create a new one, but this works for me and shouldn't be too difficult for other old GM's.

    Note: I submitted a bug here, in-game, and twice spoken with customer support.

    Izanagi is correct. The first response I have gotten with tickets recently were automated. Reply that the response does not solve the issue and you will get a real answer then. I say this from experience and the second reply did confirm I had received an auto reply first.

    Ahh, I used the texting feature and if it was a bot, it sympathized with me "sorry, were having a busy day." Lol. Over 80 messages, for what it's worth.
