This is my "enjoyable" experience I have every day after 4th of June. Do you think I wanted that gameplay when I was buying your game? And I know that it's not only me have such problems. And I know that it's not my problem as I have Xbox one X with SSD, 300 mb internet and not other game has troubles. And your support which couldn't offer no better than clean Mac address and turn off/on my router and then said to write Microsoft support for help should work in McDonald's.

    Consumer protection is a thing. because of their TOS cos isn't likely to do anything, but you can take other necessary actions such as leaving reviews or legal action.

    Did you watch video? Is it “a few” issues? I have it all the time. Do you think it’s comfortable to play like that?

    Sad to read this. I’ve read your closed posts and think situation is awful. Unfortunately, I can hardly get the money back for the game, but then I can guarantee that without solving the problems, they will not get any more money. And I hope that all people that have such issues will do the same.

    Well, I will keep giving my constructive feedback of saying "ZOS Get your -snip- together and fix the damn game" until actually something happens.

    Voting with wallets doesnt lead to anything. IF everyone would be on board with it, and actually does stop spending, there is a risk that the upper floor just says "not profitable anymore. shut it off"
    In this profit orientated world, it is dangerous to cut companies off their earnings. Just spend less and make your voice heard whenever you can.
    Make new topics, write about it in old topics that fit the title, write about it on reddit, facebook. Wherever. If nothing happens by ZOS actually starting to fix things, this will eventually lead to bad publicity. The press will pick it up.
    If it gets really bad, Just stop supporting the company all together by straight up not buying any future games they release.

    I stopped buying anything that has EA stamped on it. No matter how good the game actually is. If they want me back as a customer, they have to proof that they start to care about the games again. If not, I stay away.
    Zenimax is heading that direction atm. Sad to say.

    The new content with elsweyr is a mess. I feel like they took my money and ran. Not even lying. Nothing gamebreaking has been fixed after elsweyr release. Only new bugs have been introduced.

    That TOS basically signs them up to an SLA of ZERO. All you get is a license they can unilaterally cancel for any reason at all. Pathetic

    Games been successful for 5 years and counting. These are not new issues. Games been buggy since release. Define long term? I cancelled my subscription years ago. But people still like it enough to buy crown crates and keep them in business. I suspect that many people like it enough despite the bugs and have a greater threshold of tolerance than you do. I haven’t experienced any of your ssues in pve. So it might just be you and a few other people on the forums. Pvp has been a disaster though... everyone has felt that pain.

    Everything is an exaggeration, when it's not happening to 'self'....

    There are bad things happening to players in the game that you don't see or experience, so you don't see the value in trying to get it rectified...

    It's so worrying reading these posts because I just started playing this game in March this year, more regularly since May, and decided then to subscribe to ESO+ - a fairly new player to ESO, but not to MMORPG.

    The game was great in the beginning for me (I only do solo-questing, then tried dungeons when I reached level 50, no pvp - I can say a relaxing gameplay) up until the Elsweyr update. I logged in after the update and can feel the gameplay was / still off. A friend said it's normal after a new release and to give it time. Tried the suggested solutions in forum - still the same (my connection is around 100mbps up / 80mbps down). I didn't even get Elsweyr and I don't intend to until I've explored every contents before Elsweyr.

    I so hope it gets fixed because I don't want to subscribe for a year but not being able to enjoy the game, so I'm going to give it another month or two. If it persists then I might just cancel ESO+ and play less, or invest in other games, which will be sad because I really love this game.

    sorry that you think I am condescending. I feel for you. I really do. I've been a harsh critic of the pvp performance of this game for years. I cancelled my sub and refuse to give a dime. They suck. Performance sucks. In Pve the game caters to easy casual content. No challenge. But, the fact remains that they have leverage and no incentive to fix anything because the game IS successful. Its been 5 years and they have proven that they don't have to do anything other than release boring new content every quarter. They have over 11 million accounts. even if 1 million of those are active and people are buying stuff and subscribing that IS a success. You act as if this is a new game just released. Its not and it won't die because of some bugs or cyrodil pvp performance issues. Look at WoW. Game is old a *** and there is nothing new or innovative about it. Yet it still dominates and keeps on trucking forward... or even backwards with the release of classic... People cling to what they find fun and comfortable with. What will cause real change is if they had real competition giving players a real alternative.

    The real issue besides Zenimax not care at all about anything except money is the players that only makes questing with latency UI disabled talking sh*t about performance.

    How come the framerate gets that bad? I don't understand what would cause that on console. I know on PC it happens but I figure PCs are unstable.

    I very much doubt it is and it certainly isn't on the "EU" server, which is actually located in Maryland USA, apparently.

    Or at least, that is what has been alleged and no one has bothered to confirm, or deny it, yet.

    Well I play on PC NA and I have reported so so many bugs and performance problems (even with video for some of these) and sent in support tickets. It seems consistent enough the way they handle this type of problem. "They're aware of it and working on it" while the crown store stuff is always fixed immediately

I haven’t experienced any of your ssues in pve. So it might just be you and a few other people on the forums. Pvp has been a disaster though... everyone has felt that pain.

    My point still stands. There are some very successful mmos still running that are double eso's age plus some with many less issues. I'm glad that you have no issues but maybe you could be less of a condescending d*ck and have empathy for the rest of us.... you know the people who have made or commented on the hundreds if not thousands of threads about this game's performance issues. Also, define success? I define success as what this game could have been and how close it got and on all accounts, it has fallen flat. Successful money grab, sure, I'll grant you that.

    sorry that you think I am condescending. I feel for you. I really do. I've been a harsh critic of the pvp performance of this game for years. I cancelled my sub and refuse to give a dime. They suck. Performance sucks. In Pve the game caters to easy casual content. No challenge. But, the fact remains that they have leverage and no incentive to fix anything because the game IS successful. Its been 5 years and they have proven that they don't have to do anything other than release boring new content every quarter. They have over 11 million accounts. even if 1 million of those are active and people are buying stuff and subscribing that IS a success. You act as if this is a new game just released. Its not and it won't die because of some bugs or cyrodil pvp performance issues. Look at WoW. Game is old a *** and there is nothing new or innovative about it. Yet it still dominates and keeps on trucking forward... or even backwards with the release of classic... People cling to what they find fun and comfortable with. What will cause real change is if they had real competition giving players a real alternative.

    I understand where you are coming from now that you've explained your stance a little more thoroughly and I agree with most of what you've said. I have to remind myself that success to these big game developers is making enough money to make the share-holders happy. Hopefully people are starting to wake up to this. All that's been going on with EA, blizzard and Bethesda gives me hope.

    I very much doubt it is and it certainly isn't on the "EU" server, which is actually located in Maryland USA, apparently.

    Or at least, that is what has been alleged and no one has bothered to confirm, or deny it, yet.

    That old conspiracy chestnut has been destroyed so many times, and it has once again been confirmed by ZOS that the EU servers are indeed in Frankfurt. Maryland is a registered address, not a physical server location.

    yeah, you dont run into alot of issues when youre just questing and rping :^)

    That's not what I do,but what I mean is alot of the things seem a little blown out of proportion.

    I mean i can't cast half my skills enemy targeting system vanishes after a few attacks lag between skills upto 3 sec delays. As well as game wants to teleport me or insta kill me by teleporting me off a cliff or into te red circle long after i avoided it. But atleast he can rp

    This is my "enjoyable" experience I have every day after 4th of June. Do you think I wanted that gameplay when I was buying your game?

    What issue is it you are complaining about, I cannot see anything wrong in the video you posted, did I miss something?

    The game runs largely fine for me, the occasional glitch just like any game. ESO is by quite some way, the best fantasy MMO on the market.

    Omg... if the FPS is around 10, friezes, the disappearance of sounds for 3-5 seconds and the lack of animations for you is ok, then leave this topic for those who see something wrong in it.
