Omg... if the FPS is around 10, friezes, the disappearance of sounds for 3-5 seconds and the lack of animations for you is ok, then leave this topic for those who see something wrong in it.
I ran a normal dungeon last night and I got the same thing. Mobs & bosses taking 5-10sec to show up, sound going out every few seconds, & skills delay.2 -

MY internet connection isn't the greatest, I live in the country and access to good internet just isn't there but I can play this game buttery smooth ..
During the day I get a lot of what was shown in the video, but at night I rarely, if ever, experience any of that ..
There are so many variables to servers and connections .. yes ZOS can probably beef up their servers more but it's not ok to just constantly blame them ..

Do you PVP? If you do what times do you PVP? I dont care who you are for 5 hours a night there is horrid server side lag. This is for everyone. There are like 10% of the population that say they do not lag but I just think they have no idea what they are talking about. Probally healers or AOE spamers that not as affected as people using channeled or single target abilities.

If you are using wifi then switch to a cabled connection and see if you have the same problem, preferably at a time when you're the only internet user if there's more than one at other times. It may not apply to you, but if people are trying to PvP with a wifi connection shared with others who are watching Netflix and downloading <ahem> adult movies <ahem> then it wouldn't be surprising if they were struggling, and that's the sort of thing we're never told in the complaint posts about performance.1 -

I switched as you wrote it several days ago. It didn't change anything. I even switched consoles. It lags everywhere. I download nothing while I'm playing. Sometimes music service can work, but with or without it works lags doesn't change.
Before patch with Elsweyr 4th of June all was fine.0 -

of course we got fire shots piercing walls or bsod when teleport,not mentiong that ps4 sounds like Titan I rocket when launching at almost every area of game-and this is only pve,for pvp i must pop some Xanax first

If you watched the video then I suppose you should have read the post above this video. Then you should notice that I play on XBOX ONE X. What individuals computing/system set up are you talking about if I play on the CONSOLE?
