if you somehow get the shield and kill the tanky pet, they'll just resummon it and you'll just have to stand there as they do.

On other classes killing the pet, start pressuring the sorc, CCing him on recast with immediate burst is a valid counter play against competent pet sorc
All these with immov pot up, to prevent getting counter CCed
On magcro it just doesn’t work in my opinion, since 90% of skills are AoE based
easy to kill amateur magsorc's pet.
almost impossible to kill a pro magsorc's pet due to the extreme heal, shield and teleporting (instant move when to far from the user)

Nope...
Killing the pet is a waste of time and resources that you can't afford to waste vs a competent sorcerer.
As for the ridiculous poll, obviously it's possible to kill the pet if you focus on that. For any class including necromancer.

Even if we assume the pet doesn't do the teleporting + instant-full-health-reset to move back to the Sorcerer, it's difficult to "burst it down" on a Magicka Necromancer, which was the point the OP was making. You basically have nothing but Light Attack + Spammable to deal with it (and if you're using Shock Clench with a Master Staff, you don't even get the spammable half of that equation).Betty_Booms wrote: »Los the sorc let the matriach follow and burst it down...

Enlighten me, how should I do it on mag necro? with spammable and light attacks? Should the sorc be afk?
You would use the Blastbones on an enemy player (and cross your fingers, hoping that it actually connects in a halfway reasonable timeframe...which it probably won't). But since the Blastbones counts as an AOE attack, it won't do anything meaningful to the pet, if it even manages to land.leepalmer95 wrote: »Does it matter?

Same way you kill an enemy player as a magicka necromancer...
And no it's not that easy, not for any class really as hardened ward also shields the pet. Which brings us back to the point, why would you try to kill the pet?

It being possible does not make it a good idea, since Zos had the brilliant idea of making channel / cast time abilities impossible to interrupt. It's simple though, just use an ultimate

It is possible to interrupt a Twilight recast, and doing so prevents a recast for a couple seconds at least.

Wait for a CC, break free, recast.
I remember Zos saying something along the lines of "we want to make players really think hard about using those abilities". Extremely poor change to say the least.
