Hey look, another thread where someone pointed something out politely that spawned about 2 dozen ESO ice skating judges to critique his artistic integrity.
The humanity! Someone using an execute to execute opponents properly! But but but, you didn’t medium weave, while block casting, with one eye open onto a CP 97,000 overlord while 1 v Xing 47 players on Twitch! How dare you have fun!
Good work OP. Play your game. Ignore the ignorant.
Oh no it's @THEDKEXPERIENCE! He is one to be feared in pvp! He has over 40,000 kills and 100 kills a day! He said grothdar hides all of Templars weaknesses even has a video to prove it!
https://xboxclips.com/THEDKEXPERIENCE/c8b1bcc0-d0e8-41b5-88ed-b6f8ce0eef42
Now if you pay attention he clearly knows what he is talking about. Grothdar is so op hitting the air as he spams heavy attacks while it is up and no one is even near him. He is so amazing at pvp since he hid all his weaknesses as he stated in another thread (he is asked to be closed after being laughed out of it) that he ran from a 1v1 fight. But if he hid all his weaknesses he should have been able to use grothdar body the guy really quick and go back to his Zerg, no?
He clearly doesn't know how to fight in pvp without the assistance of a Zerg, so how could he understand how classes work in pvp. Of course you are praising someone for hitting a one button execute, as it's eeriely similar to the trashcan gameplay you graced the forums with.
You know those duelers you speak of are the ones that 1vX people like you right? They tend to be very talented players that make full groups look bad. I'm sure XBox's finest have rinsed you by now if you dared to stray from your Zerg.
You say you know balance, but the OP bragging about spamming execute stealing kills isn't going to make him a better player. Encouraging him to play like that is going to make him more like you. People are not wanting their class to get nerfed due to people with inexperienced on the class saying x move is overpowered.
OP if you want to improve on this game listen and take advice from people and practice doing more than just spamming one move. It is a great feeling when you go 19-2 with almost 1million damage out in a bg match rather than 26 kills and very little damage to go with it. Against higher level players your strategy will actually just get you killed over and over again, and in a lot of BG matches players don't stick together either meaning if you are use to just 1 button over and over again spamming an execute you will die very fast when you are alone.
Please stop pretending like you are good at pvp and stop leading players down your dumpster path because it only hurts them following a inexperienced player that can't handle criticism on his build. Being off-meta and formidable is one thing, but treating enemy players like a bad DPS would treat a PVE trash mob is another.
I’m so glad that I’ve inspired you to write a 10,000 word wall of text. Would you like my autograph?

Do you think that OP, would last for a second against any stamina class, playing a sorc that only used divines, wrath and shield. Come on..
Yes. And he’d probably do quite well.
Maybe he wouldn’t be able to defeat your mysteriously perfectly tuned stamina player in a homogeneous 1 on 1 bubble where you both clear your ultimates and proceed to measure the size of your two handed swords against your chosen meta based upon some YouTube god ... but last for a second. Yes. I’d even bet that he’d likely have a pretty good kill to death ratio in large normal battles because he is clearly smart enough to fight his fight.
Anyone else want to give an inexplicable non-example about how killing things efficiently while scoring well as his team wins isn’t skill?
This forum continually amazes me with how some people continue to view how fast you can hit buttons as equaling skill, when most of ESO skill in actual PVP involves being prepared for anything, not being prepared for 1 thing only.
What are you talking about? The op literally says this required no skill. His whole point of this thread was to point out how magically OP the class is without skill. Which is wrong and is attributing kill stealing to being OP. Which is what everyone here is saying. Except you for some reason.Seraphayel wrote: »Kill stealing with Mage's Wrath really doesn't require skill.
agree, but you see i'm a noob sorc so i'm not really skilled
just to show what a noob can do when playing an OP class
It is a no skill move.
I’m taking issue with the people who equate 1 post about a no skill move into taunts about how the player could never survive “real” PvP or other nonsense, like the person who said he couldn’t last a second with a real stamina player.
The lack of skill needed to spam this ability is fine, but it shows the intelligence of the OP by recognizing this and not being bothered to show off his best stuff when it’s unnecessary.
Intelligence is a skill that far outpaces how fast you can hit a button or clown strangers on message boards.
As someone said earlier, you’re missing the OP’s point in posting this thread. OP is the same guy who is “protesting” against ZOS for making Templars “underpowered” by going into BGs completely naked and just letting other people kill him, with no regard whatsoever for his team. This is a thread about how “OP” magicka sorcerers supposedly are, and is thus a barely veiled nerf sorc thread.
OP just needs to get better at his Templar.

I don't care anymore about templar, you can nerf it more i don't give a damn thing.
I play sorc now, i steal kill and improving to make my own kills so that way i can be higher in the k/d ratio.
For everyone new to the game go play sorc it's really good, really op and really fun to play.
with enemy players whispering how bad i am playing OP class, my team mate saying i stole their kills and all the haters in this forum trying to keep good *** for them, I'm now 100% sure i made the right decision to make sorc my main at pvp.
And let the Mage's wrath continue in the battleground

You can try to pull the wool over our eyes as much as you want, but it’s very obvious to anyone who has been following your troll threads over the past little while that you’re salty AF because you can’t build/play your Templar properly.
Continue to kill steal with your “OP” mag sorc all you like, doing little more than spamming shields and Mage’s Wrath. Eventually, your MMR will increase to the point where you are no longer playing against potatoes and are instead playing against coordinated, experienced PVPers. At that point, I expect you will take to the forums again to cry about how grossly underpowered your magsorc is, and that you’ll be playing BGs naked to protest until you can go back to deleting people with one button.
lassitershawn wrote: »I PvE almost exclusively and I can pretty much bring any fresh toon into BGs and do the same. If you are a halfway decent player and get matched against utter potatoes it doesn't really matter what class you are or what they are they just get destroyed.
I was running full divine btw so yeah you can bring any fresh sorc and chain kills even when you're noob
Just let your comrade low your target health (till 5k health left) and spam mage's wrath -> Easy kills
Sorc is a cheesy class best class for noobs in pvp

The humanity! Someone using an execute to execute opponents properly! But but but, you didn’t medium weave, while block casting, with one eye open onto a CP 97,000 overlord while 1 v Xing 47 players on Twitch! How dare you have fun!
Good work OP. Play your game. Ignore the ignorant.
still mad over one person making a new account on the forums and calling you bad?get over it kid.
Considering that a bunch of those “people” are in this thread, and that you have logged on 5 times in 2 years to your account but specifically remember that it was me ... I ask again.
Exactly how many forum accounts do you have?
Made mine, too.It will be enjoyable to see his inevitable rage posts when he’s playing people who aren’t complete noobs/potatoes in PVE gear. The idea of a magsorc being able to secure a high K/D ratio a mid-tier and above MMR deathmatch by spamming nothing other than shields and Wrath/Fury is laughable.

Uh oh tin foil hat time. You should be listening to Alex Jones instead of crying on the forums; you're not very good at this game anyway.
This is what people don't understand about the sorc execute, it procs again if you get under 20 percent.
No, I am not spamming it. I hit you once with it, then I burst you down to 20 percent so it explodes on you once again and you die. You see your death recap and see two executes and you start a forum thread or start a hate whisper "fury spammer! :'("
No dude, I literally used that once. Anyone who spams that doesn't know how it works. It's a wastage of resources.

Thus spamming shields and Mage's wrath work fine for me. I've had so many kills that my k/d ratio is always above 4-5 (depends if against premade group or not).
Quick tip from a sorc noob, don't use mage's wrath when player is above 10k. once he reachs this health threshold, use it on him and you own the kill 95% of the time

Better still is use it once, use your other abilities to bring them to 20 percent in four seconds, 95 percent of the time you won't even need to cast wrath again.
LA, Curse - LA, blockade - barswap - LA, wrath - LA, Pulse - LA frag (curse procs, wrath procs) enemy dead.
Now of course, this doesn't work against higher mmr players many times but it's still a killer. And much better than the following rotations:
