I think the mistake you are making is that you are trying to make a connection between a ZoS developer making a comment on a thread and them knowing about the respective bug. Just because they do not comment doesn't mean they aren't aware of the bug. As you mentioned previously, you can try to be rude and see if that helps your cause, but the only outcome I think you'll find is that your comments will be removed.0 -

What should warrant a comment from them. I would think 100 developers tags from different people should. Or a few thousand views at least.

I'm not sure at what point swapping weapons bugs this out. I mainly notice it happen when under pressure from multiple enemies or big battles around me. The ultimate casts, drains ultimate, but returns no resource and no teleport back 4 seconds. I'm not swapping weapons after the cast or swap cancelling it.
I'm going to look out for the break free before casting undo being a factor now, thank @MirkoZ
