The lag is ridiculous and we need to keep bringing this up to them so they acknowledge it. When cast times were added to shields players flooded the forum and zos took note..if we do the same with this problem they'll take action.

Second, it was our Class Reps who lobbied (successfully) for elimination of shield cast times; most if that feedback was collected in the Class Rep discords, only some from the Forums
Third, advocating that players disrupt the Forum, which is private property, will only result in moderation action against you.2 -

If enough negative press and word of mouth gets out it will be loud enough that even the shareholders will not be able to ignore it. Exactly, every little bit helps. They can close this thread, hand out bans, and all of the above but we still have to speak up because the performance problems are out of hand. @yodased if you have a problem with us voicing our discontent that's all fine and well but telling people don't even bother because nothing will get fixed just makes you sound scary to me. I am scary actually. Downright frightening what my particular skillset can do. Also if you "don't care" about someone's reply, don't tag them.
The only point trying to be made is you are screaming into a canyon and asking others to do it with you. Making a fuss on the platform about the platform is a fruitless endeavor.
You want to enact change in something you love, that is admirable, but you are going about it the wrong way. You are trying to fight an unwinnable battle against an opponent that has every advantage literally possible over you.
