"“"We will make sure that no matter where you live, every player in North America, Europe, Oceania and many places beyond, will have a polished, lag-free launch experience. Based on the existing number of our beta signups and because we anticipate that the ESO community will continue to grow after launch, we plan to add capacity to keep up with demand in both our North American and European datacenters,” Bethesda said"

Just wanted to know where this was , it was what you all promised , so where's it at ?

Gee, maybe it's because more people bought the game AFTER launch than they thought; it's more populated than they anticipated. Stop your whining.

Just expecting them to hold up their promise , maybe they shouldn't have been pushing this promise to sell the game if they couldn't deliver,,,,,,,,

    "Launch"

    And it was.

Where do you get "Always working 100% of the time with zero problems" from "Launch"?

The launch was awesome. I hit "login" and did just that - logged in. That's the first time I was able to do that in MMO history dating back 15 years.

You don't make promises like they made and then expect people to let them slide when they fail to deliver... It's a recipe for this sort of reaction. They should know better. It might be their first MMO, but I imagine they have witnessed customer service failures in other MMO's and should know better.

Calm down sir. Calm down. Sir, calm down. I'm going have to ask you to calm down sir. Sir. Sir, that's quite enough. Calm down. Calm down. It's going to be okay. Calm down.

They did deliver. It's because of people like you that expand the meaning of the word "launch" to mean "forever and always" that they're made to look bad about it.

The launch was amazing. It was lag free, polished, and I logged in on the first attempt and played flawlessly for a full 20 straight hours or so, then my body shut down and I needed sleep.

    fanbois..

so if a rocket successfully LEAVES the launchpad...is that a success? I am pretty sure if it blows up in the air...it is considered a failure.

Lol, your logic is as *** as every other whiny twelve year old who think they're entitled to everything they want, whenever they want, because they bought something with their mom's CC. Go play WoW.

If a rocketship launches into space and has a problem with reentry, we call that a successful launch and failed landing. Launch was a week ago, launch is over.

I really love how "go play WoW" has become a supposed insult :3 Here's a suggestion. Pay $10 on Steam and play Goat Simulator. Guarantee your stress will evaporate.

You guys don't see it huh?

"Launch" is a word that could mean, on day 1, on early access, or throughout the first X amount of days. It's variable to each player and often used as a convenient excuse. "It's still launch phase" When things go south.

Which means, either way the devs should not have used such a word on such a heavy promise. Nonetheless if it means what you think it means "On the specific day 1 of launch." What's the point of promising the game could work smoothly for 1 day? We are paying for months and months.
