Yes it works, but... Why? After all that crying about OP argonians now they are again one of the worst choices. There are better races for both PvE and PvP when it goes to magicka.

Argonian unfortunetly is probobly the most useless race when it comes to passives (argonian or bosmer, can't tell exactly).

If you want better healing, you will be better of with literly ANY OTHER magicka race (altmer, breton, dunmer or even khajiit). The only decent passive that Argonian has is the postion passive. But only on paper. In practice, it does not provide that much sustain tbh. It is always exaggerated by ppl.

If you care about stuff like vet MA or literly ANY vet content, on Argonian you are gimping yourself and make stuff unnecessary difficult.

If you dont care about that and you want to make a Argonian NB, because you like the race and lore then, by all means do so.

Btw. My main is an Argonian NB. I play since 2014, so I know what am I saying here. Argonians used to be bis race for nb mag sap-tanks (a type of tank that deals dmg in order to stay alive and also heals allies). But this was long time ago. So Argonian... WAS a good combo race with NB.
