Ticket - waiting a week for an agent - HELP!

Hello!
I have made a ticket regarding the Crown Store but I am still waiting a week for an actual GM to help me.
All I got was a bot answer that completely missed out the point for the help i need
I also tried to contact a GM in-game but it seems that feature has been removed x_x
Please help me! That ticket's problem means a lot to me and I am sitting here heartbroken waiting for a GM to give me a miracle.
