Hello,
More than 5 days ago I was in a battleground while my character got disconnected, tried to log back in to get this error message for my character.
I have submitted 2 tickets in pursuit to resolve this but have heard no reply.
How long does this take to resolve & can I expect any reply from support?

GoOdNeWzSoul ShrivenHello, I was playing in Elsweyr with my wife and 2 other group members. While waiting for everyone to get ready in group I was kicked and when I tried to log back in I received Error 326. I have no idea why I got this and submitted a ticket to support. I have yet to receive a response and now can’t access my character....all while being a Plus Member. Please resolve this issue for me. I work 12 hr days and do not have much time for gaming, that occurred within the first half hour of us gaming and ruined the whole night.

samtheman744Soul ShrivenError 326 : One of my characters was locked when I was right in the middle of a battleground and customer support hasn't gotten back to me and it has been awhile. Why did this error occur? and how long does it take customer support to respond on such a basic issue as I feel it has already been a long time. With other MMORPGs my issues are usually resolved quickly. My ticket number is 190613-000795.0
