    Why flame you? You did nothing wrong... Though all ive got from zenimax is boardline abuse where as other companys i can have a response within hours and solved a little after that (in an acceptable manner aswell)? So i do understand how a mmo works as but dont stand for the lack of standards a company gives to its comsumer.

    I simply "love" when my EU account has been completely stuck for over 3 months now and all I've got from support is that they are aware and investigating the problem, all support tickets closed at this point. They sure have got plenty of my money also, there's absolutely no lack of any understanding here. After all this garbage seeing lines like this from a person telling others have no actual clue, I feel "honestly" insulted at this point.

    It seems clear someone in the customer service department is just ignoring people about this issue, related issues or is just the relying on bots. All these folks saying they have had great experiences. How about PC? How about recently or regarding the Twitch issue of accounts becoming non responsive and/or linked? Seems crazy unprofessional, rude and/or negligent behavior is sadly the recent trend and that is concerning for people wanting to invest their time and money is there are no protections and resolutions to issues.

    ReloadUI and restarts/reboots didn't help.

    It took them over 3 days to tell him to let his 'toon die to fix the problem.
