Well the title says what i want to know my daughter has since a week eso too and i want to make a family guild but i dont want to quit the guild im in is that even possible ?

✭✭If the guild you are in is not one you already made, then yes you can!
You can be in 5 guild total. If you make a personal guild you therefore can still join 4 others. Priests of Hircine

ZOS_BilladminTo create a guild, you can press the [G] key to open up the Guild panel, then press [E] to create a new guild. You can then choose a name for the guild, as well as a guild alliance, but make sure to choose carefully as once chosen these preferences cannot be changed. To confirm these choices, you can press [E] again.

Khajiit was able to form Clan Claws while in two other guilds.
You most certainly can create your own guild as long as that does not exceed the five guilds overall you are permitted to be in.
