Guild banks bugged and not working

Earlier i had joined two merchant guilds. I went to the guild store and it kept telling me to choose a guild in order to search for items. well there is no option to search to choose guilds for the guild store search. and other players were telling me that the guild store was bugged atm, so do the people who patch the game know about this issue?
and how long untill they fix this?
