Most of this is obtainable by Scalecaller Crown Crate... and its not obtainable anymore, right?0 -

@Hauztein Yes and no. ZOS does bring back old crown crate seasons simultaneously with current crown crate seasons as a limited time promotion.Get rid of faction locks.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Zaan is technically a dragon priest mask.
Edit: Also, this mask is not a crate drop, you automatically unlock it when you travel to any of Dragon Bones dungeons (Fang Lair or Scalecaller Peak).
Edit 2. Helmets of Horned Dragon style (obtainable from Battlemaster Rivyn’s Reward Boxes which you get as a random battleground reward) somewhat resemble dragon priest's style. However, they are super annoying to farm. Scalecaller style (drops from Zaan in Scalecaller Peak, can be purchased from guild traders) is another good option.
