This is a HUGE problem for me with Concealed Weapon. Our only melee spammable has secondary functions that are totally dependent on a single morph of a single class skill.Right now Concealed damage is gimped by no longer having a Siphoning skill on the bar (less magicka) and it's speed by not having Cloak on the same bar. Basically by putting in Concealed in place of Swallow Soul you / he has broken your carefully constructed build. Even the Concealed stun only comes into it's own when you have Cloak on the same bar.
This thing needs a serious rework, in my opinion.
