Cant download the game

I did a fresh windows install and i want to download the game again and il stuck at the launcher on loaidng...

    Is this a fresh install of Windows 10?

    If you find that your ESO Launcher is stuck on loading while using a Windows 10 machine, you should follow the process below:
    1. Download the installer for ESO by logging into your account and clicking on Download Game.
    2. In Windows 10, open the Control Panel.
    3. Click Add/Remove Programs.
    4. Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86.
    5. Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64.
    6. Restart the PC.
    7. Run the downloaded installer install_ESO.exe.
    8. Install both DirectX and VC++ 2015 Redistributable.
    9. Restart the PC once more and run the game launcher.

    The game launcher should now function properly.

    i did what you said but iT install visual c++ 2010 again

    Did you receive an error when trying to run the VC++ 2015 Redistributable?

    You should attempt installing the VC++ 2015 Redistributable. a second time and let us know what happens when doing so.

    appearenlty it was a internet provider issue, i called my provider and they did reset my modem to factory settings.

    error 206 had the do something with it aswell.
