I did a fresh windows install and i want to download the game again and il stuck at the launcher on loaidng...

If you find that your ESO Launcher is stuck on loading while using a Windows 10 machine, you should follow the process below:- Download the installer for ESO by logging into your account and clicking on Download Game.
- In Windows 10, open the Control Panel.
- Click Add/Remove Programs.
- Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86.
- Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64.
- Restart the PC.
- Run the downloaded installer install_ESO.exe.
- Install both DirectX and VC++ 2015 Redistributable.
- Restart the PC once more and run the game launcher.

You should attempt installing the VC++ 2015 Redistributable. a second time and let us know what happens when doing so.
appearenlty it was a internet provider issue, i called my provider and they did reset my modem to factory settings.
error 206 had the do something with it aswell.
