Lost all my guilds, friends and ignore list

So as the title suggest all of my accounts social elements are gone. After the recent patch i ran repair for good measure. I logged into all of my guilds and friends even ignore list gone. Either patch or repair bugged my account. I already sent ticket and messaged my contacts. Is there a quick way to solve this or any of you run into same issue?

Edit: Well i went to the my trader guilds trader. And it seems i'm still member of my guilds. I can sell stuff but cant see anyone in guild/friend lists and cant see or write in guild chat.

@Kawall - What is your ticket number that you've started?

@Zodiac_ - If you are having the same issue, we recommend opening a ticket with customer support as well.

What is going on with the guilds and friends lists,all gone,been gone since the update/maintenance,for most of the day now,this is just beyond ridiculous,after all we pay for a service,not a broken game.Not acceptable in the slightest.Whats the eta on the fix.
