Same problem, unfortunately. Everything was fine when I was logged in and playing for maybe an hour, four hours ago. Now, not so fine ... friend list empty, guild list empty.
Same problem. No guilds, no friends. But I can enter the one of three guild store, but I can't to change the guild store.
Sry for my brilliant Russian English
I tried to log in a little while ago and a white box stating an error of some kind flashed up on the screen after downloading today's patch. Unfortunately I didn't make a note of what it read, presuming it was my computer playing up! Once ESO loaded, all of my guilds were missing, so I closed the game and attempted a repair. After logging back in again there are still no guilds present and I seem to have been put back to one of my houses which I had visited a few days prior while decorating!
Still at least I know from the forums that I'm not the only one experiencing this, which offers some reassurance. I just hope this bug can be resolved quickly as I don't want to risk playing ESO until it has.
Given the propensity for and practice which ZOS has of releasing bugware, these events were increasingly likely to occur eventually. Which old bug has interacted with a new bug this time? Do you really believe that this will never happen again? Unfortunately, perhaps it is time to recognize that The Elder Scrolls Online is finished -- in every sense of that word.
Well, it was fun -- while it lasted. ....

--- Shadowshire .......... ESO Plus on PC NA with Windows 7 Pro SP1
The guild history on player accounts is being adjusted from 10 days to 5 days on both PC NA and EU. This will help with the issues everyone is encountering which should steadily improve throughout the day.
