Pummeling Goliath Ult Bug

This ult seems broken. Ive been hit several times for 5.5k damage by the bash while 28k resistance and 2k crit resistance have been active in no cp campaign. This ult bash seems to ignore all resistance which is im sure not intended nor written in tooltip.
