Is PC/NA Down?

    I've heard nothing else from Spectrum. I know that Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington customers have been affected. May be more than that. Those are just the ones I've heard/read.

    Ps4 west coast same thing is happening to me, got kicked out and cant get back in

    So not just me its now june 9th and still cant get in tellng me i need to renew ps plus etc while i still got service

    I am also a Spectrum/Charter Customer, also on the West Coast (Oregon) and also having the same issue.

    Yeah but travel is exhausting, plus there is always professional meetups, dinners, drinks, and today is a huge day for those that went. Handling this is and should be left to other employees still at the offices.

    I was kicked out of EOS shortly after 4 PM Pacific yesterday (June 8), and have not been able to reconnect since then. I made attempts to connect on several PCs, some with accounts on Steam and some not on Steam, at my home in Reno, Nevada with negative results on all.
    I also can not connect to https://www.elderscrollsonline.com but can connect to https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com (obviously).
    My ISP is Spectrum/Charter.
    Rebooting my modem, router, and PCs did not change anything.

    I also can not connect to Star Wars The Old Republic.
    The Lord of the Rings Online is not installed on any of my systems currently, so I can't confirm that it also has a problem.

    I am going to start by blaming Akamai. :neutral: This sounds like an internet issue, not a server issue. Probably some DDOS thing shut down the west coast access.

    Nope. West coast on Wave Broadband and I've had no issues connecting the last couple of days.

    Keeping my fingers crossed for you Spectrum/Charter peeps. I had issues connecting a few days ago, and it's frustrating as hell.

    Routing...

    Another possibility is that it is a Level 3, AT&T, or other major carrier issue (ie bad node). Everyone on Spectrum might be hitting that node, people on other ISPs might be routed through other places. One time we had a bad node issue, it was AT&T and it took a while to get them to fix it.

    Slight change, still a long time for the launcher to open. Still no picture on the right side of the launcher, however, now the PLAY button lights up and attempts to connect to the game. Under the Announcements of the loading screen it states that Announcements cannot be retrieved, then the game times out trying to load after 5 seconds or so.

    Progress?

    Is nice to at least hear the music again (addicted...ME? NEVER!!!!)

    Guess I will go buy some more cigarettes while my third pot of morning coffee is brewing...

    Unfortunately, it did that very same thing all last night. I was able to get to the login screen in game, but never able to actually log in. It would fluctuate between that and not being able to get the launcher to work.

    I can't get in either. Redding ca. :( its 9:14am. I sure hope it's fixed before tomorrow, lol it's my day off work. I'm also a spectrum customer.

    didn't see anyone recommend logging in as Administrator, doing a Repair, then complete shut down, then boot up again.


    I'm not having probs, but this has worked for me in the past

    Because that won't solve a routing issue. Also something that was talked about and several of us tried, but couldn't get to work because said routing issue won't allow us to connect.

    Am in WA state, have Charter Spectrum, got booted yesterday, can't get back in. Basically have the same problems as everyone else. Noticed some other games listed are having problems. Logged on to STO yesterday and this morning, it works fine. Meh. Going to go read, hopefully this will get fixed soon. o:)

    That only works if you are unable to get an accurate DNS resolution. Otherwise, it is just something to occupy your attention while you wait for someone else to fix it. :smile:

    We are in the Redding area as well - Spectrum.

    Stared for us as of about 5:00 p.m. 6/8. As of 10:33 a.m, we are still having the same issues. Everything Internet related works with the exception of logging into ESO, SWTOR, LOTRO and any elderscrollsonline.com related page. Spectrum has basically passed the buck to ESO and/or a third party, as "once it leaves their servers, it drops".

    I just tried again to log on at 11:20 PDT with no luck. Still logged in with World of Warcraft just fine.
