Dodece✭✭✭I am having a similar issue. This is somewhat to be expected given that it is the weekend, and prime time at that. With that being said I personally wouldn't take the gamble by continuing to play. When things like this happen I take them to be omens, and steer a wide coarse around them. No I am not superstitious.
I just appreciate when a server is behaving like this. Bad things can, and often do have a way of happening. Rollbacks being the most obvious, and the least problematic. There is also however the chance that you can cause a quest to be bugged for you, or gasp you can lose your in game items.1 -

hackerssuck✭✭With all due respect, they pushed this megaserver BS to the nth degree. Now they have it, and it's time to dump some dollars into it and make it playable. MMO's are fickle things. People love them until something like this happens, then suddenly, you see a big population drop. USUALLY during the first month and right after it's time to resub. I'm PISSED. I have no life. Just adding to the pile, tried to load into a dungeon by loading to another in my group.... had a black screen (with music at least) for about 5m, ALT-F4'd (prolly shouldn't have) and now trying to load back in.... le-sigh0

Ping test failed!
That is obviously a problem. To boot, the traceroute drops off after 11 hops and never actually makes it to 174.129.248.207. This is coming up as an Amazon server via nslookup: ec2-174-129-248-207.compute-1.amazonaws.com
Is anyone else able to ping or successfully traceroute to that server IP?0 -
