The only bug I get daily is the 'stuck in sprint' bug when using puncturing sweeps. My templar is my main so I play her daily and this bug occurs in PVE and PVP.

Very occasionally I get a little lag but that is not a daily thing.

Essentially every day I have:
Game crashes, 1 or 2 a day
Environment takes too long to load so it looks like I'm running in place but to everyone else it looks like I'm standing still and can't move
Blade of woe messes up my character's directional skills for a few seconds after use
Horse bug (if we're counting that)
Weapons not swapping properly (what I call bow surfing)
Skills sometimes not triggering first try
Random dialogue ('oh it's you that did so and so') cutting over important quest dialogue

I endure, and none of these things break the game for me, but they are a bit annoying sometimes

Slow mail is the most common and i am not sure if this can be seen as a bug. The next prominent is "stuck in combat" but i dont have them every day.

None at the daily base, maybe a few a month, but they're mostly me getting stuck on things because I just can't be bothered to go around something. Well, I do see my character running on the back of the horse everyday. Does this count?

I do dungeons, so multi bugs every day. So every day I have to explain how to get through one, such as the door in Wayrest, the unclickable chest in Fungal, or why you can't attack the mob through the doorway in Banished Cells 2. Meh.

Recently came back to the game after a year and a half break. (I have been playing since beta)
Some of the bugs that were present then are still present now. Long loading screens are the one that happens the most(no it's not my pc nor my internet)

Having to log out and back in to receive my mails happens every day.
Problems with grouping up in group finder for dungeons etc still happens.

Where's the zero?

Honestly cannot understand people who say they do not experience any bugs in a day in ESO more like they do not notice them. There is honestly bugs everywhere in this game, not being able to go through the door in wayrest sewers after killing that mini boss, weapon swapping and your bow is at your feet and your holding nothing in your hands, psijic portals embedded in rocks and cannot interact with them, mounting on your horse while running and end up running on top of your mount, skills not firing when pushing the keys, sprint bug, HRC get turned to stone and break free and your still stone and slide around, necro blastbones still bugged, pets dying at the end of VMA rounds for no reason, Group finder saying its forming group then declines and pops back into queue again, terrain disappearing, doing 360 spins after trying to turn your toon around quickly I could do this all day. If you haven't seen them in a day your not doing very much.

Its pretty rare I come across a bug. Unless you count performance issues a bug then its everyday .

I see a couple on my end every day or so. Nothing game-breaking though. Mainly like a texture not loading in fast enough and me freezing in place (mainly my computer) and the fun running on the mount bug. Common things, but nothing that makes ESO unplayable. Only rarely do I see bigger bugs, like being stuck in combat or suddenly being forced to the sky texture.

I get the movement speed bug, and I get the weapons under my feet bug.

The movement speed bug has been largely fixed, but still occurs to a lesser extent. (Before the first fix, it could render you completely immobile, making the game unplayable.)

The weapons under my feet bug doesn't really bother me, as it doesn't directly effect game play. Just a visual bug.
