Realms of Oblivion

I really like the Coldharbour Surreal Estate, but what I would love to see in the future is other locations in Oblivion, either as small homesteads within a larger realm like the one in Coldharbour, or as pocket realms. The existing daedric architecture is another thing that has yet to be explored, and which would fit well in such settings, simply by re-purposing existing assets.
The ones I can think of that have been in-game in various forms are Quagmire, the Deadlands, the Evergloam, and the Shivering Isles, though I'm sure I'm missing others. Quagmire in particular is one that I would love to see.

We can always go for more Myriad Realms of Revelry ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) It would be threefold as better! Funnier, prettier and people would actually have a good time.
