The durations feels a lot shorter than what it used to be

    Feels the same to me... and I spam cloak liberally considering that character has a seven figure bounty and needs to avoid guards constantly.

    Yes. From being 3 seconds or so without passives, it's now 1 second. :|

    It's actually longer than before with two points in Dark Veil. But you have to have Shadow tree at 50 to purchase the last point.

    It used to last 2.875 seconds with passives. It's now 3 seconds with passives. That's a slight buff.
