By a single player or a group? In my case it is the solo run of Veteran Scalecaller Peak. I find that to be pure skill. Only seen this one guy do it too.

Yonks ago back in the old days in EQ we used to run week long raids, the guild was split into two complete teams each consisting of identical elements, Main Tank, plow tank, healers DD etc, each had a mirror.
Raid section A would start the plow whilst B would sleep (set your alarms!!) with toons on autofollow and later camped at set areas, after 8 hours team B would wake up and take over whilst team A slept.
Long story short, on my teams downtime some mates came round with Beer, we got hammered, I fell asleep, I was teams Bs MT
my mate and team A's MT went over 30 hours without stopping
He never let me forget.
