Hey,
If u play with a Controller and move ur left analog stick to north West/east or south West/east u are not able to use jabs, they just dont fire. U can run whole day, pressing jabs but they wont be used.
Thing is - those moves are actually always used in pvp to move around/behind Ur target, so please fix this (A friend tested it too - same Problem,). This pretty much kills the class with Controller on PC EU.

Please @ZOS_GinaBruno @Checkmath @Joy_Division or who is "important enough" - please bring attention to this, since U use this 45°degree walking in PvP / demanding pve encounters so often, this pretty much "kills' the class for that.
This is on PC EU on every Templar with Controller (tested now by 5 Friends and me, all the same).
I love the templar theme and Jabs, but this makes me stop the game..

The Problem is, that If u walk in those 45 degree with a Controller, jabs wont fire If u activate the skill - every other Skill works (see vigor and bladecloak).
Even If u just have Ur Controller around those 45 degree for 0,5 sec, If thats the Moment U wanna use jabs, they will be Always delayed like 1-1,5 Seconds, Like If U have 500 Ping.
So to conclude - If u move in pve/PvP, U cant use jabs / they are delayed very often - this is GAME BREAKING for PvP/endgame pve...5 -

✭I can't remember the exact setting but using an Xbox controller on PC it can be picked up two ways and I think your problem could lie here.
Check this link to see what I'm talking about.
I don't remember how to change it if it is using they wrong type.

I really Like Templar, though this bug just destroy the class for me...1 -
linlilia✭✭✭It is not just on controllers, it is also if you are using a keyboard. For me on both my Templars, I cant use a skill after using either move about a 1/3rd of the time and half of those times I get stuck in animation bug and the only way to break it is swap bars.
I have noticed it on other Templars in battle as well.2 -
slickygm✭✭I've noticed that with some other skills and classes. Like force pulse or healing springs (thankfully it always happened at a time when it wasn't too late to react yet). If it happens, all the skills are blocked. I mean, I can press the buttons as much as I like and can't use any skills. Light and heavy attacks still work. Barswap always seems to fix that. It's strange, and annoying. Especially that I really like moving around a bit around during figts
