Why can’t I access elsewyr even after its downloaded and redeemed?

I bought the game at Best Buy redeemed the code and downloaded the game but the chapter is locked still.

    Yes it’s console and I already did that twice. I also uninstalled elsewyr then reinstalled it but still the same thing.

    Oh man, that had to have been a 100+ Gig re-download. Sounds brutal. I know Elsewyr is like 50+ Gigs itself.

    We just pushed an update. Can you try logging out and logging back in again and see if you now have access?
