Need GM Assistance In-Game please

We need help with "The Final Assault" there are over 200-300 players here waiting for a GM to come and reset the NPC so that we can continue on with the quest.

We are all waiting at Gabrielle Benele and nobody can talk to her because she is glitched.

Would it be possible to send a GM here to manually reset/fix her so we can talk to her and progress through the quest?

There's 200-300 of us and some of us have been here for over 10 hours hoping a GM would appear and fix the NPC like they did with the portals in an earlier part of this quest.

So can you please send a GM to Gabrielle Benele and reset her so we can talk to her?

It would be greatly appreciated, as most of us are Veteran Rank 1's and are content blocked.

I'm one of those people waiting. GMs need to come on more often to unbug major quests like this until they are more permanently fixed.

Yes, they fixed portals for players yesterday.

Want them to do the same for Gabrielle Benele in the stone room so the 200-300 people in here can progress.

You know it would also help if these 200-300 people would get out of the NPC's radius. She can be reset by us, by simply staying out of her radius and giving her a few minutes to reset herself. But as most of these people are just standing on top of her, good luck progressing.

I find it stupid that we have to stay away from the NPCs radius for it to fix. NEVER have I seen this in a MMO throughout my years of playing.

It's dumb indeed , expecting that number of people to simply do that is also dumb, there wil always be people who don't read chat /say, there will be trolls who will do the opposite, and there'll be people losing patience.

You may find it stupid, but what's more ignorant... being able to actually fix something and just not trying to rally people together to do it because of laziness, or just sitting on forums complaining. Last night tons of people were able to come together to progress through the glitched portal quest, so it's not a stretch to do the same here. Granted, this could all be avoided if there were no glitches, but some of you need to calm down and get off the high horse, it's a brand new MMO, there are bound to be glitches. I'm actually surprised there aren't more problems, as is the case with most ALL mmo's released. I would compare all this complaining to a small child not being given what he/she wanted. The back of the retail box doesn't say "perfect product contained within" it says "Game experience may change during online play." IE - There will be bugs, they are working hard on them, get off their @** and let them do their job.

Im not sitting on forums complaining just to complain. I hope at some point someone with brains from support will notice there's actually need to send someone, i keep sending tickets, i also encourage others. We know there are gms that can come, reset npc and fix it, yet there's been hours and no one even bothered to do anything.

Problem isn't as much with a bug, problem is with zenimax not even trying to solve it and just sending copy&paste reponses.

Five bucks says the developers didn't even implement means for game masters to reset a specific NPC or quest and instead rely on resetting a zone.

aw cmon, even if the didnt, they got kicking /banning mechanics, just kick people out of the zone or ban them for few minutes and it should get working. assuming those rumors about zone resets are true.
