Does the effect proc in PvP? If it did, seems like a decent damage supplement?

    They changed it to have a delay on the damage and with the small radius most people will move out of range before it hits them.

    I don’t play stamina classes but from my understating bloodspawn is the most common monster set used for stam builds.

    Been a long time since I used it but

    LA>Ransack>Bash>Reverb

    With tremor was pretty fun and effective.
