FIX THE ACCESS CODE EMAIL. TAKES OVER 40 MINS

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.. REMOVE THIS STUPID SECURITY PROTOCOL UNTIL YOU CAN HAVE THE ACCESS CODE EMAIL SENT IMMEDIATELY..... NOT 2 MINS, NOT EVEN 30 SECONDS. IMMEDIATELY.

✭✭✭✭✭Personally, I would rather not be able to access the game due to the email being late than for them to turn this off or make it so that a retry from an invalid IP address worked.
But, are you sure that the email is late because they are not sending it immediately? Is the time sent actually 40 minutes later, or just the time received? How did you determine that the email was not delayed in transit.

GunnywoodSoul ShrivenI have had to get that email twice never using a different computer. Always was instant. Probably not something that is on the devs, i would guess either a ton of traffic on your line, or something up with your email3 -

Ok..
I just wanted to say that every time I report someone I get an email from them as a confirmation. I notice these hit my mail box within a couple minutes. The one time I had to enter in a verification number, I got the email immediately.
I'm just not convinced that the ESO servers are the only possible issue here.
Is an issue of North American Server vs European Server? I have no idea where you are located, even generally.

In my case, when i got a prompt to enter the confirmation, and opened my email, it was already there. So, yes. Pretty much instant.1 -

Just a update after I posted this I got a email notifying me I got a comment badge hahaha so it's not my email if people wanna say that's the issue. Its this code sender program
