Ever since patch 28/5/19 as soon as I start a new quest or complete a quest the game turns UI off and takes a screenshot.
Me and my friends use the same addons and they are all updated. Only happens to me.
A friend of mine played from my PC on his account and it did not happen to him.

This behavior in the UI indicates an add-on issue. You should try disabling add-ons to determine which one is causing the UI to turn off. You may also need to resort to completely removing the add-ons you've loaded.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
