BG bug still eating up my time

Its been years since this came out and I still get stuck in matches that won't populate and forced to leave them to take a 20 minute penalty. Is this just impossible to fix, or do they just refuse to work on it? It's getting super old, and I can't help but think about how this isn't a problem in other match making games and mmos. Whats the deal here?

✭✭They absolutely refuse to address it. "Fixing" it isn't even that hard, it's literally just checking if the match countdown has started when a player leaves, and if it hasn't, don't give them the penalty. 1, maybe 2 lines of code, at most. They care so little about PVP, that they won't give a developer even 5 minutes to address this huge issue.1 -
