My bank was reset to 60 slots two days ago. I have still not gotten a solid response from anyone working for Zenimax. Nothing has been done to address my situation. My lost items and gold will neither allow me to progress nor will I play a game that robs me of my hard work. Please call me and fix my situation ASAP. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of support and am getting fed up with it.

7days and promises of tickets put in with not even a we are fixing it.I keep being blamed for there mistakes, will paste and copy but would take 114 pages.Soon to have a blog
I had 70/70 used bank slots, i logged on to my main character and it was 0/60 and all the money i put gone also. I logged on another char and it was 60/60, i withdraw all 60 items but still 10 items, upgraded bank 10 slots and all money i put still missing. This happened when i got an email which includes explorer pack items again.
