    Love it, got my mag leveled, and working on my stam. Stam honestly plays a ton better and feels a hell of a lot less clunky so far. And i am liking stams morphs a bit more. But yeah def needs some improvements with fixing blast bones and making corpse's easier to target for some skills that need them.

    It’s not a perfect class, as it honestly should be, imperfect. But it’s decent. However, I think some balancing and big fixes are needed.

    Like it alot, but as long as Blastbones is bugged, its not the best it can be in the current state.

    This. My rotation switching from Stamplar to Stamcro barely changed, but... Blastbones has some sort of Bizarre Damage Bipolar disorder. I've had it hit and been hit by it where the damage was absolutely laughable - and where it decided "Nope, not today ms. necro, I'm dying right here and not near that pack of mobs," and had that super rare 14k crit. Was so excited I missed grabbing a screen shot of it.

    As well, bouncing between DPS, Healer and Tank, I find that Grave Grasps (both morphs) seem lack luster despite how essentially effective it can be. IMHO both morphs should be combined and rolled into Last Grasp Passive, keep the functions the same, just make it trigger on critical hits/heals (pending on role), and it'll become more effective and maintain a much better up time in the snares and buffs with out juggling mindlessly - Make the new Ability that replaces it a Melee Skeleton (SnB & 2H morphs) that follows the same formula as the other two skeletons Mage/Archer & Mender.

    Make SnB Skele provide minor resolve while active.
    Make 2H Skele provide minor slayer while active.

    That is actually an awesome idea. And i agree Grave Grasps and both it's morphs are really lack luster. I have used it once, and then never put on my bar again lol

    Get rid of Criminal Act, it was fun for the novelty of it for a little while, but it makes me second guess when I can use it out in the field and how far away from Yellow friendly NPCs I have to be. It's not a town only thing, even in the great outdoors if there are some unnamed yellow/neutral NPC walking around or stationary around the most innocuous of areas will count as a crime when using skills.

    I don't know so much about improvements as I have nothing to offer, it just feels a little... meh.
    The summoned skeletons are meh.
    I don't actually like the stam morphs, they do less damage, even says so in it!
    And the criminal thing should be a toggle, as should stealing. "You can't steal that cos you have it toggled off!"

    To clarify my vote, it's not that the class is ineffective or not versatile or anything. The issue I'm having is that it just doesn't feel very necromantic. Kind of the defining characteristic of necromancers is that they raise the dead to act as a personal army. It's what all the NPC necromancers do in this game... but we do not.

    I don't know if it's something that can be changed at this point, but I wanted to point it out.

    I think it came out in a healthier place than what the Warden release at.

    There seem to be some areas which it could do with tweaks but overall seems to be playing well and a lot of people are using it and happy.

    I love it so far but I haven't got mine to 50 so it would be unfair to say it's flawless. Nothing in life or games is ever flawless imo so it makes more sense to me to support my homies here in the forums and trust that they may need some slight adjustments. I stand strong on the fact that I love all the animations and skills and it's a pleasure to level my necro thank you Zos ❤

    Playing on xbox so i havent got any eso necromancer experience. I started a diablo 3 necromancer and noticed a lot of skills were exactly the same. Not a bad thing when it comes to gameplay, but it was a big surprise.

    Major vulnerability is broken strong. Scythe skill and sustain feel underwhelming. Having another offensive summon (instead of like the tether for example) would be cool to give more of the "army" feel. One is not enough and I guess blastbones is an offensive summon but is incredibly short-lived. Mag necro in general is very underwhelming, it makes no sense that a stamina based necromancer (which makes zero sense) should be overwhelmingly superior to its magic counterpart.

    The bugs with Blastbones need to be worked out, and the corpse mechanic bugs need ironing out as well (on top of the corpse mechanics needing tweaks overall). Corpses need to last longer and the skills that require any to work or rely on corpses for stronger effects need to be able to work on corpses within a radius of the Necro rather than on the corpse itself (like how the tether skills work on corpses even fairly far away). tmw excessive use of the word 'corpse'

    I think people getting bounties from those sorts of NPCs is a bug. I've been using my Necro skills all over the place and haven't gotten any bounties for it, even though I've used 'criminal act' ones in front of neutral NPCs that are away from towns and cities. I've been meaning to try and find traveling merchants to see if they'll give me one or not.

    When you say Scythe skill and sustain, do you mean how much the Scythe costs, or the Scythe skill and sustain as two separate factors? The Scythe itself I've found to be the opposite of underwhelming; it tends to mow down enemies fairly quickly and is great for spamming your health back up. It does cost quite a bit though, and I'll agree that Necro's sustain overall is kind of meh. When other Classes have things like the Netch and Leeching/Siphoning Strikes for sustain, it makes me a little salty that Necro didn't get something as well. Yes, we have some passives that give us extra stats and stuff, but all in all a skill for sustain would have been great.

    I didn't vote because I'm only level 20 or so but so far I am really having fun with my tank Necro. It has been a lot more fun and interactive than my DK tank (and tanking is my least fav role).

    Not as tanky as Warden or Stamplar, worse sustain, and lower damage. I'm underwhelmed so far, but it hasn't even been two weeks yet.

    I agree. It's also so easy to get Ultimate from corpses, especially with a couple of points in the passive skill Corpse Consumption, that I can go "Bone Goliath - SMASH!" pretty much as often as I like. I just love it when I come to a Delve "boss" and there's none of this dodging and watching Magicka or Stamina... just go Bone Goliath and easily smash it and it's little minions to pulp. :)

    I like it for the most part. I dont like how my staff disappears when casting abilities though (which happens in more than just Necro) and I dont like the boneyard graphic (gravestones? kinda lame).

    Has any stam tried using mortal coil for sustained? Not sure if descriptions seem accurate but looks notch or restoring focus type sustain but needs a corpse.

    I'm still -slowly- testing the class, and so far it does feels like a good one. Yet, it also feels like something is missing, i still don't know what it is. There's some bugs, specially with Blastbones.

    Ah! And i really wanted this to be a pet class... but i'm fine with the "Death Knight" vibe i'm getting with stam-necro.
