By the way people talk, they seem to act as if zenimax is living the america first in reality. If Eu has more players then american players. Then maybe this is the true reason why the servers are bad. Like they said. But yeah. Hopefully sometime can be done to improve Eu performance. Given its U.S Based Company, most of their people are over here. I think what might need to be done is move more people over to the Eu side to help work to fix the issues. I don't think its a bias per say just that they might not have enough people to work the eu server. But yeah I think they need to do more for Eu players. Lets hope they can do something as I think they are going to have too if they want to keep eu money coming in.

worst thing is that no one from ZOS will ever acknowledge this and tell us "yeah, this-and-that is the problem, we're going to fix it, or at least try to". they tell us nothing and then expect us to just swallow it and make do with what we've got. that is just pathetic..

Yea their communication on the matter has been quite bad. ZOS do have a track record for terrible communication though so its following a trend..
Starting a new toon on NA would be such a drag though as i'm a bit of an achievement hunter so i would have all that to catch up on.

it's not just their communication. it's the overall inability (or lack of interest?) to fix things. i mean, one of the most important features in this game is the group finder. how many years (years!!!) have we been experiencing the good old "someone has declined, you have been moved to the front of the queue" again and again with a group of 4 guildmates (or friends) trying to do a random normal when everyone 100% did press "F" (to accept)? there are days when you actually can try for hours to get it (the group finder) to work and then simply disband the group out of pure frustration. did we tell them? hell yeah, many times! do they know about it? yup. have they done anything to fix that? hell no..

the "bug that i paid for" is another thing. has anyone who bought the Blood Spawn outfit pack tried using the staff and Elemental Blockade? you get this -



they know about it (i know of many players, including myself, that have reported this here in the bug section and by opening a ticket with the support), but when you read patch notes you see some useless fixes that nobody cares about, but to fix this? nah, "you paid for the pack, this is what you get" is their response. and we could go on forever..

nope, it's the base game as well. to be honest, i haven't encountered problems like this before the Wrathstone update. from that point everything goes downhill. and it's gotten even worse after Elsweyr..

yeah in PVE (vet dungeons and trials) lately I and some people I've talked to have been getting awful lag the past month. The past couple days or so some of us have been getting actual game freezes too, worse in trials. It's not our computers

Servers also wreck Trials, our Group got kicked out of yolnahkriin hardmode with the boss at 2% Health, all our screens froze and all of us got logged back to character selection screen, needless to say that the Trial was reset after we logged back in and we were About as tilted as one can get.

i play from SEA and i can confirm NA server has a better server peformance than EU. lower ping, smoother / flawless / less game breaking lag.
too bad im too lazy to make a new one and the play time not suitable for me at NA.

So much for ZOS' fix.

just remember they said they wanted to improve communication and are still dead silence about it
