I get your frustration and I hate these bugs my self. But what I don't get is why people keep mentioning the subscription like it's a bad thing. I welcome the subscription as from my experience Free To Play mmo's who relay on ingame stores are going to cost you more in the end. I am not saying everyone but in general. You get tired of grinding, you go and buy credits or experience boost and your13 Euro's are gone... and then some.

I think the reason why the subscription keeps getting mentioned, and rightly so in my opinion, is because with a f2p game you can just sit everything out and come back whenever you want, nothing lost really...

But when you're essentially paying for access to a game, and within that game no progress is possible you're wasting money; or rather: your money is being wasted for you.
Now with a monthly sub this game should be held to a higher standard, especially when it comes to customer service and at the moment i just don't see it - being told that there is a fix in the works and it will at some point in the near or distant future arrive is nice and all, but true quality customer support would supply a workaround until then, as in a gm checking every now and then or setting the quest for the players affected to the next stage.
If this were some sidequest with little impact on the whole game i think very few people would be really upset about it - but it's not, and it's not the first either which means that by now they should've figured out a way to let players get past these roadblocks.


tl;dr: Annoyed by yet another brick wall and no ingame-support to get us past
