It would take no more than 3 months for you to level up to 160, farm for a bit, level your craftings for enchants and passives and find a group of friend in the same alliance.

Dont think of a reason, pvp in eso is terrible... Not because its pvp, because getting disconnected every 5 minutes and stale system..
    Other games do it better

If you enjoy battlegrounds, you can be quite effective starting at level 10, mechanically speaking at least. You don't use CP there at all so it's not a factor. Getting some decent gear and most importantly learning how to play will still take some time though.

I have bad news for u. If u want PvP in this game (not only low lvl PvP) then u have to be interested in PvE, simply to grab some meta gear.

Yes, this is my effing problem everyday.

I really think zos hates me.

I queue and wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get in a bg match, sometimes multiple "someone decline" sshhiittpest.

Please put a 5 to 10 minutes on players who decline or forgot to accept their invite for bg.

Pure PvP (BGs) and AvA PvP (Cyrodiil and Imperial City) can be very fun in ESO. However, performance issues are a big issue for many players, and sometimes the PvP meta shifts heavily to one direction. So I'd say give it a try and see if those aspects are minor inconveniences for you or major roadblocks rather than base it purely on other player opinion...

If all you want to do is pvp, find a real pvp game; not the half-baked pvp minigames that get taped to the side of 90% PvE MMOs.

If you dont care for pve then you should either grind dolmens for xp while you watch tv on the side on a second screen, or join some xp grinding groups for example spellscar. Or pay to get carried in Skyreach. That way you can level up to cp160 in a couple of days. Should use training gear and xp pots too if you have the gold to spend.

That being said... if you dont care for pve in eso my honest opinion is you should find another game, pvp is not THAT interesting in eso imo, so if you're gonna cut out the pve part, which is such an insanely large part of the game world, you might as well go to another game that does PVP much much better.

Have few problems in Cyrodil, mostly as I play no cp campaign as it more causal and hardware is bis level.

But yes as an pure pvp game ESO is a bit weak.
On the other hand most of the PvP stuff released last year should get EPA involved.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

If story content has absolutely no interest for you, then why not just go play a shooter.

Or if you need swords, that Samurai guy in Overwatch.

Well, I easily understand people who are long in ESO and stay now only in PVP, but to play ESO just for PVP from very beginning? No reason, there are dozens of PVP games out there without tons of bugs and lags.

Either start in Under lvl50 campaign or go to No-CP 30 days campaign and level up there. Find yourself a crafter and use crafted-gears while you are levelling up. Your stats will be pretty OP in no CP campaign as a low level. The only downside is, you will probably die a bit more until you acquire your self-heal skills which won't take all that long. Just try it out.

I don't really think eso is the game for you if you just want to play pvp. This is very much like the regular tes games with it's main focus being the pve content. Questing, exploration, dungeons, etc, are a much bigger part of the game than cyrodiil and battlegrounds. Not sure why anyone comes to an elder scrolls game just for pvp content, makes no sense in my opinion.
