Trading guilds / I Need to buy some Nirnhoned items to research

I have some fortified nirncrux. No potent yet. I can probably just pay for it if someone is selling. I just need to get these nirnhoned weapons and armor to be able to research them. I'm interested in joining more trading guilds, as well.
