Tiyamel✭✭✭good question, i've not personally noticed if i have missed an attack, so maybe it is, but then im nowhere near 50 or VR yet so i think i shall hold judgement until thenGuild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.

Aureli✭✭✭I think it's yes, unless they actively dodge away. You can see this in fireballs and bows, they arc towards you even if you are sprinting.0 -
Thete✭✭✭Skills most certainly don't. It's sort of implied in some of the tooltips that they can miss and I've certainly had attacks miss even when the NPC took no avoiding action and the animation seemed to hit it. I don't know about your weapon attacks though; don't remember any clearly missing.MMO PvE veteran looking for suitable guild:

GoardoSoul ShrivenI've had attacks miss. At level 25 or so i went to The Rift and was attacking a level 42 mammoth. I was in range but I still had attacks miss. I assumed due to the level gap my hit chance was a lot less. The only other explanation would be that my attacks were bugged.0

✭The fire Atriochs in Coldharbor starting zones.. watch their fireballs on the fleeing slaves.. they actually will curve to hit their target. Pretty sure its impossible to miss upon release.. but you have to have the target right WHEN you release or get failure.Power level to CP160 in a week:
