Ahlteffour✭✭✭I got it to proc off of poisons and other minor debuffs.

✭Yeah it didn't proc off poisons unless there are specific ones you have to use, it didn't proc off of wardens stam morph of assault, neither did leeching vines proc it, and corrupting pollens either.0 -

✭✭When you hit something with an Ice Staff it does minor maim or minor something or other. It procs the Set.0 -

I get what you're saying but I tested it, and legit it did not proc off of anything that was a major or minor debuff.0 -

They have to be poisons that apply a minor debuff. For example:
Minor maim
Minor vulnerability
minor fracture

khajiitNPC✭✭✭✭✭It procs off icestaff, weakness to elements (the morph with the minor magicka steal), pulsar (the one with minor mangle)...basically anything that has a minor debuff! The best is weakness to elements bc it’s a free cast and you get like a 20k dot. Let me reiterate MINOR debuff. Warden ice spike ability on grounfd procs it after a while too
