Excessive ping when standing still too long in player housing (PC EU)

What:
title, constant lag increase of 100ms with lag spikes of over 300ms
When:
So far I have experienced it from 5pm to 9pm CEST since pts update
Where:
So far I have seen this Anomaly in... Mournhold Keep, Frostvault Chasm, Gardner House and the Coldhabour place.
How to avoid it? Move from side to side and attack something.
Sadly because of this erratic behavior I still have not been able to get a clean parse on any toon since Elsweyr came out. How do you get used to using cast time abilities which is now everywhere when the ability channel is delayed by anything up to 500ms?

question: have you been using essential housing tools? If you update while still in the client, I have seen this issue happen to a guildmate (where he'd have this issue in houses of mine, which have fx specifically)...

Mygalomorpea✭✭✭No, don't have any housing specific addons. No need for that in Uncle Sheo's realm of madness.
It was also over multiple sessions since I was updating addons and found that restarting the full client can sometimes resolve errors after updating addons.0
