nope. not buying them. i AM using them as a guide of what I'm missing on alts, since they are all unlocked for purchase via my main so whenever I see something that is not grayed out on alt, I know at a glance that I can go there and finish it up, which is especially relevant when I realized just how many super easy starting zone skyshards i'm missing inexplicably on some of them
The zone guide has skyshards as well.

IVE BEEN AGAINST A LOT THE MARKETING TEAM/CROWN STORE TEAM HAS DONE. BUT NOTHING MORE THAN THIS.
YOU ARE ACCOMMODATING THE WRONG PEOPLE IN THIS GAME.
DONT BUY THEM.

Its pay-2-win.
Period.
I don't want to hear any more arguments about "convenience" ... if you have money - you can unlock immediately every skyshard in the game for your character, new or old. You immediately by doing that surpass veteran players who have been unlocking them for years all because you have the financial means to do so.
That is the definition of p2win.

true but I have to be IN that zone to see the guide for it. skyshards are all on the same screen, regardless of where I am. i also know that there are various skillpoint addons, its just.. nice, big visual representation of the skyshard sale screen - I found to be easiest for me to use as a reference point at a glance

True. I end up going to different zones when I collect surveys, so its easy to see the zone guide when I arrive. Your way works just as well.

Damn, I didn't think of that. Thanks mate, I know where to spend my crowns ! Never having to set foot in Cyrodiil ever again is totally worth spending some bucks.

Okay, so who cares? Which Achievement will be for sale in the Crown Store next? Which one -- if any -- will matter to you? *RodneyRegis wrote: »Who cares? It's one achievement.
