Inner light and bound armor question

To get benefit of the passives on both bars, do they have to be double slotted? Or does one bar suffice?

Only active on the bar they're located on. You can still do only 1 bar for a minimal decrease in dps. You sometimes only spend 20-30% of your time on back bar in a typical dps rotation. Damage actively updates based on what bar you use.

They need to be double slotted. It sucks, I know, but that’s the way it is currently... some thing goes for all combat pets and all skills with a slotted passive bonus

they don't need to be double slotted. Have a sorc, 46k selfbuff dps, bound aegis and inner light (and shooting star) only front bar.
