To get benefit of the passives on both bars, do they have to be double slotted? Or does one bar suffice?

✭✭✭✭Only active on the bar they're located on. You can still do only 1 bar for a minimal decrease in dps. You sometimes only spend 20-30% of your time on back bar in a typical dps rotation. Damage actively updates based on what bar you use.PC Beta - 1900+ CP
