Just wondering if I should bother waiting for the patch to drop on console, if anyone has tested and can confirm or deny whether the new reagents drop I'd appreciate it!

Yup, you can. I spent 3 mil telvar recently on satchels and got over 200. (:Unfortunate magicka warden main.
