Can the new reagents drop from IC alchemy bags?

Maintenance for the week of March 17:

Just wondering if I should bother waiting for the patch to drop on console, if anyone has tested and can confirm or deny whether the new reagents drop I'd appreciate it!

    Nope. I opened a ton of bags yesterday and didn't get any. They only drop from the dragons in Elsweyr.

    Can you even have Powdered Mother of Pearl from these? I've bought satchels for like 500-1000k tel-var, and didn't see any of those in these bags.

    Yup, you can. I spent 3 mil telvar recently on satchels and got over 200. (:
